Correlation of Advance Sustainability Indexes and Consciousness of Life Prospects of Military Academy Cadets

Анотація

The paper indicates results of empiric research of interrelationship between advance sustainability components and life prospects of personality. Phenomenon of advance sustainability of personality is considered in the context of determination and interconditionality of life-time prospects. Advance sustainability is viewed as functional-energy organ-personality creation, presented by specific functionality of psychological boundaries of personality, anticipatory-preventive capacity, structure of intrapersonality conflicts, type of orientation on action, alienation, adaptation capacity, orientation on time context of life activity. Peculiarities of advance sustainability formation using an example of cadets of higher soldiery educational establishments of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine at the educational-academic stage of professional socialization have been defined. The article indicates results of empiric research of connection between advance sustainability components and conscious of life prospects of cadets at the educational-academic stage of professionalization. With the purpose of measuring of connection between concrete components personality advance sustainability and indexes of life prospects test of correlation analyses by Ch. Spirmen criteria has been used. Using this method allows to determine the closeness (force) and direction of correlation between signs of personality advance sustainability and consciousness of certain life prospects. Life and time perspectives of the personality were defined by Salvatore Maddi test and F. Zimbardo “Questionnaire of time perspectives”. Thus, our empirical study of features of personality advance sustainability formation at the educational-academic stage of professional and personal development has allowed to determine key components and determinants of this process and phenomenon. It has been found and proven specificity of content of personality advance sustainability of students of the second study year in dimension of the psychological boundaries, intrapersonal conflict, the ability to predict, personality adaptative potential, vitality, life creation, mechanisms that promote implementation of intention goal and have various subsystems that are determined by representations of time in personality consciousness and life prospects perception. By using appropriate mathematical and statistical analysis and interpretation, it has been determined indexes of personality advance sustainability components, indexes of life and time prospects components, association of advance sustainability indexes with consciousness of personality life prospects.
