OPTIMIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL LOGISTICS AND INCREASING ITS ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY BASED ON MANAGEME
Анотація
The article examines the problems associated with the processes of optimizing agricultural logistics and increasing its economic efficiency based on the adoption of management decisions. Attention is drawn to the fact that the modern stage of economic development is characterized by high market dynamics, institutional changes and complexity of management processes. That is why the application of effective methods and techniques for decisionmaking in the logistics systems of the agricultural sector of the economy is of particular relevance. It is emphasized that in agricultural logistics, seasonal fluctuations in demand, different durations of production cycles and efficiency of supply play a significant role, which creates complex tasks for planning and coordinating material flows. It is established that the efficiency of agricultural logistics largely depends on the quality of management decisions, since they determine the optimization of resource provision, cost minimization and increased competitiveness of market agents. Emphasis is placed on the dual nature of uncertainty in agricultural processes: objective uncertainty is caused by the external environment, and subjective – by the internal features of the market functioning. It is found that uncertainty is a source of risks and at the same time a resource for strategic planning and innovative optimization of logistics. The need for a systematic approach in the context of making managerial decisions is substantiated, which involves identifying goals, analyzing influence factors, evaluating alternatives and predicting consequences in complex multi-criteria tasks. Particular attention is paid to heuristic forecasting methods, which allow forming probabilistic scenarios for the development of logistical processes and assessing the consequences of managerial decisions in situations of incomplete and semantically uncertain information. It is determined that an effective risk management system in agricultural logistics should be proactive, which involves preventive measures, integrating information flows and optimizing the strategies of market agents' actions. It was found that increasing the economic efficiency of agricultural logistics is impossible without algorithmization of management decisionmaking processes that take into account factors of institutional uncertainty
