Basic measures to prevent misuse of budget funds in Ukraine
Анотація
The article analyzes the basic measures to prevent misuse of budget funds in Ukraine. The author singles out the theoretical and legal bases of general social and special criminological measures to prevent crime in the budget sphere. It is established that systemic precautionary measures should be implemented by all stakeholders, government agencies, including law enforcement agencies, local governments on the basis of current legislation and the author's proposed Concept of the State Program of Crime Prevention until 2030.
