ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ТА ПРАКТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОЛІТИКИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВОЮ РІВНОВАГОЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and practical principles for managing the financial equilibrium of the enterprise at the tactical level by defining the types of policies that are subject to the decision of a certain range of strategic tasks. The well-founded and successfully implemented policy of financial equilibrium management of the company serves as the basis for generating a sustainable strategy for the development of its activities and strengthening the competitive position in the market. Methodology of research. Achievement of the set goal is based on the general scientific methods of research: dialectical approach, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, logical approach, integral analysis, trend analysis, trend analysis, graphical method. Findings. The types of policies of management of the financial equilibrium of the enterprise are classified according to the completeness of reaching the stages of its development. The author's approach to choosing a kind of financial equilibrium management policy is proposed, depending on the strategic goal of maintaining a reliable financial equilibrium, maintaining a vulnerable financial equilibrium, and restoring the excited financial equilibrium. The theoretical principles of the company's financial security strategy are improved in the form of identifying ways to achieve its goals - maintaining, maintaining and restoring financial equilibrium. Practical value. The theoretical provisions of the article are applied on the example of PJSC “EGRAZ Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant”. The conducted analysis of the financial equilibrium of the company showed the need to develop a policy of restoring financial equilibrium. The measures of tactical level of realization are proposed for restoration of financial equilibrium of this enterprise.
