IMPROVING MANAGEMENT OF INTELLECTUALIZATION OF ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRY 5.0

Анотація

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the management of intellectualization of construction enterprises’ activities in the context of the Industry 5.0 paradigm. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing role of the construction industry in the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy, its significant employment multiplier effect, and the need to transition to a human-centric, sustainable, and resilient development model. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to managing the intellectualization of construction enterprises, taking into account human-centered, technological, and socio-environmental guidelines of Industry 5.0. The research employs methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, a systems approach, and logical modeling. The evolution of approaches to interpreting the concept of Industry 5.0 is analyzed, its key principles are identified, and a comparative analysis of the principles of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 is conducted. It is substantiated that Industry 5.0 for the construction sector of Ukraine should be considered not only as a stage of technological modernization but as a paradigm of human-centered, sustainable, and resilient recovery, within which construction performs a system-forming role in the national economy. The article formulates an author’s interpretation of the management of intellectualization of construction enterprises’ activities as a system of managerial decisions and instruments aimed at integrating human intelligence, digital technologies, and innovations in order to create long-term socio-economic and environmental value. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their application in managerial decisionmaking at construction enterprises under conditions of economic transformation and the implementation of post-war recovery objectives.
