MODERN SPECIFICS OF STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL OF REGIONAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC COMPLEXES

Анотація

It is determined that in its economic and scientific diversity, strategic planning is a set of actions that together form the process of drawing up and forming a strategic plan for the formulation and implementation of goals, objectives, areas of management, regulation, analysis and assessment of the environment, potential, resources and formulation of strategic ideas and competitive advantages, forecasting and planning, selection of alternative scenarios and basic strategies for the development of socio-economic development. Regional socio-economic complexes have specific characteristics and represent a complexly structured spatial association of social and economic structures that are interconnected and ensure the fulfillment of common goals and objectives that focus on the realization of common interests in the development of production, increasing the potential of the infrastructure of territories, the implementation of demographic policy, the development of the market of goods and services, the development of a regional marketing strategy of the territory. The article describes the modern specifics of strategic planning for the development of the competitive potential of regional socio-economic complexes for management and development of territories. Systematic and integrated approaches to regional development form the theoretical and scientific and methodological basis for strategic planning of the development of the competitive potential of regions, which are the object of strategic management and regulation and are considered as a set of six interrelated and interacting macro- subsystems.
