DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL

The article examines the role of digital technologies in the development of enterprise intellectual capital in the context of the modern digital transformation of the economy. It is substantiated that knowledge, information, professional competencies of personnel, organizational processes, and digital communications are becoming key factors in ensuring enterprise competitiveness. The study analyzes the impact of digital platforms, Big Data technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and automated management systems on the formation, accumulation, and effective use of enterprise intellectual resources. It has been determined that digitalization contributes to the integration of information flows, improves the efficiency of managerial decision-making, optimizes business processes, and supports the development of corporate knowledge. Particular attention is paid to the development of employees’ digital competencies as an important component of enterprise human capital. It is established that the implementation of modern digital tools increases labor productivity, reduces routine operations, and creates conditions for intensifying innovative activities. The significance of knowledge management systems for the preservation, systematization, and transfer of intellectual resources within organizations is also considered. The article proves that digital transformation contributes to the development of relational capital through the improvement of communication among employees, management, customers, and business partners. It is concluded that digital technologies are an important factor in the development of enterprise intellectual capital and the formation of long-term competitive advantages in the digital economy.
