STRENGTHS OF APPLYING A UNIFIED INFORMATION SUPPORT SYSTEM IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

The research paper conceptualizes the category of information support for entrepreneurial activity, reveals its ontological and functional essence, and provides a comprehensive systematization of its structural and component elements. It is emphasized that, during the process of designing an integrated information support system for business processes, a decisive role belongs to the consideration of the staged and multi-level circulation of information flows. These flows ensure not only the continuity of data accumulation, transformation, utilization, and reproduction but also the stability and adaptability of the entire information environment under the conditions of rapid digitalization and globalization of the economic space. It is substantiated that in order to strengthen the competitiveness and innovative potential of enterprises, information support mechanisms should not merely be preserved but must undergo constant renewal, technological modernization, and methodological refinement, which allows organizations to respond promptly to external challenges and dynamic changes in the market environment. An organizational and economic model of an integrated information support system for entrepreneurial activity is proposed, developed on the basis of advanced information and communication technologies, specialized software, and data integration instruments. The model is oriented toward improving the efficiency of managerial decision-making processes, increasing the transparency of business operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring the formation of long-term strategic competitive advantages. The conducted analysis of the features of contemporary information systems has revealed a set of problematic aspects and negative tendencies, including technological fragmentation, insufficient interoperability, and delays in the adaptation of digital tools, all of which significantly reduce the overall effectiveness of information support in entrepreneurial and economic activities. In addition, it has been proven that the introduction of integrated systems contributes not only to higher efficiency and competitiveness but also to the creation of a sustainable information infrastructure that supports innovation, knowledge management, and strategic development in the long run.
