STRATEGIC MECHANISMS OF FORMING COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF POST-WAR ECONOMY RECOVERY OF UKRAINE

Анотація

The article examines theoretical and applied aspects of forming the competitiveness of enterprises in the conditions of post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. It is substantiated that modern socio-economic transformations caused by military actions have significantly changed the conditions for the functioning of business, which requires the formation of new strategic approaches to enterprise management, increasing their adaptability and resilience to external challenges. It is established that in the conditions of economic recovery, the key factor in the development of enterprises is the ability to form long-term competitive advantages based on innovative development, efficient use of resources, digital transformation and the implementation of modern management mechanisms. The study analyzes the main challenges faced by Ukrainian enterprises in the war and post-war period, in particular, the destruction of production infrastructure, disruption of logistics chains, instability of the market environment, reduction of investment activity and transformation of consumer demand. Particular attention is paid to the role of strategic management as a key tool for ensuring sustainable development of enterprises in difficult economic conditions. The article identifies and systematizes the main strategic mechanisms for forming the competitiveness of enterprises, among which innovation-technological, resource-oriented, institutional and partnership mechanisms are distinguished. It is proven that the introduction of innovative technologies, digitalization of business processes and development of the intellectual potential of enterprises contribute to increasing management efficiency, optimizing production processes and expanding opportunities for entering international markets. Considerable attention is paid to the role of state policy to support entrepreneurship, which includes financial, institutional and regulatory instruments for stimulating business development, as well as the formation of a favorable investment environment. It is substantiated that an important direction for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises is the development of partnership interactions between business, government agencies, scientific institutions and public organizations, which contributes to the formation of innovation clusters and the development of regional economic systems.
