Organizational and legal structure of the financial system of Ukraine by the spheres of financial relations
Анотація
It was done a research in regard to determination of definition “financial system” as legal category. Peculiarities of society relations, which are formed in financial activity, were characterized. New apparition of the organization and legal structure of financial system of Ukraine according to spheres of relations was given in graphic form.
