ECOSYSTEM APPROACH TO BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF LARGE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The article explores theoretical and applied aspects of the application of the ecosystem approach to managing business processes of large agricultural enterprises in modern conditions of development of the agricultural sector. The relevance of the study is due to the growth in the scale of activities of agricultural enterprises, the complication of production and economic processes and the strengthening of interdependence between various participants in the agricultural market. The article reveals the essence of the ecosystem approach to enterprise management and identifies the features of the business processes of large agricultural enterprises. It has been established that modern agricultural enterprises operate in a complex economic environment, which include suppliers of material and technical resources, logistics companies, processing enterprises, trade structures, financial institutions, scientific organizations and digital platforms. The interaction between these participants forms agricultural business ecosystems, within which the coordination of production, logistics, financial and innovation processes take place. A conceptual model of ecosystem management of business processes of large agricultural enterprises is proposed, which involves the integration of internal processes of the enterprise with the activities of other participants in the agricultural market. It has been proven that the application of an ecosystem approach contributes to increasing the efficiency of resource use, optimizing production and logistics processes, reducing transaction costs and strengthening the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. It has been established that the further development of ecosystem models of management of agricultural enterprises is associated with the deepening of the digitalization of agribusiness, the use of information platforms for production management, as well as the formation of integrated chains of added value creation in the agricultural sector. The implementation of an ecosystem approach will contribute to increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises and ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural economy.
