Accordingly, the article considers the issue of the conditions generalization of operating companies entry into the multimodal transportation market and the directions formation for improving economic and legal relations between market participants on this basis. Based on the position of B2B relations between the multimodal transport participants, the article analyzes the main conditions for the relevant markets functioning and the operating companies participation in modern conditions; trends and directions for transformations of multimodal transportation markets and structures provided by operating companies are summarized; the guidelines for the multimodal transportion market participants are substantiated in order to increase demand for their services.
