Анотація
The use of big data is a necessary element of the digital economy. Big data analysis methods and techniques are essential for forecasting the development of global industries, in particular metallurgy. The article analyzes development trends and identifies key problems of the metallurgical industry based on WSA statistic data for a 10-year period. To analyze the efficiency of production and export of products with high added value, the method for assessing the degree of processing of products by O. Ugarova was used. Analysis of the use of export potential in the global market made it possible to substantiate the optimal structure of Ukrainian metallurgical production
