АНОТАЦІЯУ статті розглянуто сутність та складники фіскального потенціалу податкової системи як концептуальний базис для розрахунку потенційних можливостей системи оподаткування щодо мобілізації податкових надходжень до бюджетів усіх рівнів.Аргументовано, що податкові надходження є основою формування бюджетних ресурсів держави.Визначено структуру та динаміку реалізованого складника фіскального потенціалу податкової системи у вигляді фактичних податкових надходжень Зведеного бюджету України
