Одеса Summary Denial of vaccination is becoming a problem for countries that intend to close the immunization gap. One in five children in the world does not receive routine immunizations with vital vaccines. The WHO estimates that about 1.5 million children still die each year from diseases that can be prevented with today's vaccines. Vaccination is one of the most effective means of protection against deadly diseases. Objective: to develop a strategy to achieve vaccination coverage, which will help build public confidence in vaccination and health professionals based on the principles of private business and build a business model in the Canvas template. Using the business model in the Canvas template, in the form of nine interconnected blocks, allows the medical institution to clearly describe the activities of the institution and find "bottlenecks" and possible growth points. The peculiarity of the model is the focus of all aspects of the organization's activities on the patient and his needs.
