The Recovery Of Neloiberal Globalization As An External Question Of National Innovation Policy

Анотація

The article presents the contradictory consequences of neo-liberal globalization. It was noted that disappointment with the practical results of neoliberal globalization, the deindustrialization of many countries, drew the attention of the world community to the need to adjust the landmarks and formats of globalization and increasingly return the Ukrainian scientific community to a historical approach to economic thought, based on the specifics of the history of development, national peculiarities of the formation of a business environment, protectionist foundations for the development of national industry. The history of industrial development in the developed countries was studied. It is emphasized that an increase in production based on natural resources leads to decreasing returns and, therefore, to the depletion of the country as a whole. The study of world history proves that Ukraine can solve the problems of economic backwardness only through the industrialization and protection of new productions. For this Ukraine it is necessary to change the course: to switch from the export raw material model to the production of more innovative products with increasing returns. The necessity of state intervention in the development of industry is noted, since the development of production of higher technological facilities is impossible without the support of the state. The purpose of the study is to study the history of the industrial development of developed countries and to identify ways to strengthen the domestic industrial sector in the context of Ukraine's involvement in the global market. The further direction of the study is the search for such integrated structures that would become the framework of the national economy, protect its interests and be competitive in the global market. As world practice shows, such starting points are financial-industrial groups that defend national interests, taking into account the specifics of the availability of resources and national peculiarities of the formation of the economic environment.
