MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION

Анотація

The article examines modern approaches to the development of a strategy for the development of rural areas in the context of improving the quality of life of the population. It was established that an important task of the state socio-economic policy is to achieve a socially acceptable quality of life for the population of Ukraine. It was determined that among scientists there is no single approach to understanding the phenomenon of strategies for the development of rural areas, especially in the context of improving the quality of life of the population. And this despite the fact that most Programs, Strategies or Roadmaps declare issues of improving the quality of life, but do not even define the indicators that would characterize it. It has been established that for a clear positioning, in the general information flow, of the strategy for the development of rural areas, regions need to use programs to improve computer literacy among the rural population. Two main approaches are proposed when planning the budget for the implementation of the strategy for the development of rural areas in the context of improving the quality of life of the population. The implementation of the considered means will contribute to reducing the deficit of decent wages, which will ensure an adequate standard of living for residents of rural areas
