CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND RESOURCE SUPPORT ENGINEERING COMPLEX UKRAINE
Анотація
It is established that the tendencies of the development of machine building in Ukraine in recent years indicate a deepening of the financial and economic crisis in the industry. It was determined that the low diversification of exports of domestic engineering and the loss of traditional sales markets led to a deep fall in production volumes, causing a deepening of technological backwardness in machine-building enterprises, a partial loss of intellectual capital, a deterioration in the investment rating and, consequently, a decrease in competitiveness in the European market. On the basis of this, the Concept for the Development of the Potential of Organizational and Resource Support for Domestic Machinery Industry is presented, within which the goals, principles and tasks of the development of the organizational and resource potential of machine building are defined, and tools for the formation of qualitatively new characteristics of its components, namely, tools for the development of organizational, Personnel, innovation, material and communication, technical and technological, information and financial-investment components.
