METHODICAL TOOLS FOR ASSESSING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF RESTORING THE RECOVERY AREAS
Анотація
Based on the research of the current regulatory and methodical framework for determining the efficiency of the restoring the recovery areas, the authors have developed a methodical toolkit for assessing the socio-economic efficiency of such restoration. The toolkit is presented in the form of a simple algorithm that determines the procedure for assessing, organized by stages. The algorithm was tested in practice on the example of the restoration areas of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. The generalized efficiency rating for each region and the efficiency gradient as a visualization of its adjusted version are constructed. Four groups of recovery areas are obtained, systematized by the level of efficiency. The authors substantiated possible directions of using the developed methodical tools in the context of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
