Problems of scientific organization of labor in agricultural enterprises of ukraine and their impact on labor productivity

Анотація

The article examines obstacles to the scientific organization of labor at agricultural enterprises and their impact on labor productivity. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were completed: identifying problems in labor organization at agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, revealing the significance of these problems for scientific labor organization, and highlighting the impact of negative factors on labor productivity. The methodological foundations of the study are based on causal induction, scientific abstraction, theoretical generalization, and related methods. The essence of scientific labor organization is revealed, and the main problems that hinder its implementation are identified. The problems of scientific labor organization in agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are complex and are associated with both internal managerial shortcomings and macroeconomic and social challenges. Effective solutions to these problems require integrating modern management approaches, technological modernization, and the development of human potential as key factors in the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. The following are included in the main problems of scientific labor organization. The outdated technical base leads to irrational use of labor, reliance on manual labor, and wasted time. The degree of suitability of equipment at agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is less than 60%, which prevents the full use of human potential. The outdated technical base is compounded by a shortage of personnel, which hinders the innovative and strategic development of the agricultural business. Labor rationing in the agricultural sector is an important element of the enterprise efficiency management system, as it ensures the rationalization of labor processes, optimization of labor costs, and the formation of an objective basis for motivating personnel. At the same time, the current state of labor rationing in agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is characterized by several systemic problems stemming from an outdated regulatory framework, insufficient scientific support, and limited adaptation to the conditions of the economy’s digital transformation. Low wages and imperfect moral stimulation inhibit the growth of labor efficiency and the orientation of human potential towards development. Problems in scientific labor organizations negatively affect labor productivity due to time losses, inconsistency between human potential and business tasks, employee overload, and reduced interest in effective work and development. These shortcomings of scientific labor organizations interact synergistically, thereby enhancing the negative impact on labor productivity.
