Informational and Psychological Protection: Challenges and Prospects for the System of Public Administration of Ukraine

Анотація

The paper outlines the modern challenges which the system of public administration of Ukraine faces in terms of ensuring informational and psychological protection. The importance of protection in a broad sense is emphasized - from an individual to a separate State institution and its managerial staff as an integral component, as well as the institutional structure, national public area. The essence of the destructive pressure on the system of public administration through the public and social area by the intensification of informational and psychological influence is revealed. From the standpoint of an interdisciplinary approach, the term psychological stability is interpreted, the conditions and circumstances of its formation are considered. The application of the construct of the system-functional paradigm of personnel policy in public administration demonstrated the importance of psychological stability of civil servants of the managerial staff. Reference is made to the results of experimental research on the personal characteristics of Bucha community public personnel due to its ability to manage stress. The discussion focused on the conceptual approaches of authorities, mechanisms and instruments in the system of public administration within the framework of the topic of the research. Positive examples of domestic and foreign experience in the context of the subject of study are given. The conclusions contain the author's vision of the prospects for comprehensive improvement and modernization the system of public administration towards informational and psychological protection.
