MUNICIPAL SERVICES IN THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT

Анотація

The article examines the areas of cooperation between the state and society. Two problems of the integration of computer technologies into life are highlighted, namely: communication component – accessibility and adaptability of digital products to all segments of the population; and improvement of the obtained results in order to achieve the maximum quality in the field of administrative services. The introduction of computer technologies into the life of society appears as a global social process. The complex involvement of information as a public resource ensures the sustainable development of the economy, innovative processes and fast communication between people. Thanks to this, new models of interactions appear in the chain of digitalization of the state. It should be noted that the focus of local self-government reform is on people. One of the important components of its comfort and life is obtaining high-quality administrative and communal services. At the moment, more and more Ukrainians choose CNAS to receive public services, because they receive the necessary information as quickly and qualitatively as possible. A review of innovative processes in the area of speeding up communication between people and the state indicates the possibility of scientific and technical progress to meet the needs of the population in obtaining municipal and administrative services. There is also the use of the term «services of general interest», under which it is accepted that the public authorities of other countries can provide their services expressing their interest through the network of national CNAS. It has been proven that in modern conditions of digital awareness of society, there is a need to improve the quality system of providing administrative services, to improve the information environment under conditions of low awareness of communities regarding remote receipt of administrative and municipal services. One of the important components of its comfort and life is receiving high-quality administrative and communal services. At the moment, more and more Ukrainians choose CNAS to receive public services, because they receive the necessary information as quickly and qualitatively as possible. The Ministry of Digital Affairs is working hard to ensure that almost all administrative services can be obtained in one place, but in order to improve such a sector of public work, it is necessary to make timely changes to the legislation, help CNAS to implement modern electronic technologies and train administrators to work well. Therefore, the system of providing administrative services in the dynamics of its development still has room to develop and reveal its potential.
