МІЖНАРОДНЕ СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО ТА ЙОГО ВПЛИВ НА ПОЛІТИКУ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

The author examines Ukraine’s cooperation with international organizations in the field of environmental security, and also analyzes the main directions and measures aimed at ensuring international cooperation. It is noted that statements play a key role in the foreign policy strategy of the state, since many environmental problems are interstate, cross-border and global, affecting not only ecology, but also economic relations, which determine the conditions for everyone’s life and for the country in general. The assessment of the readiness of the countries of the world to promote energy efficiency and effective use of resources, to carry out structural changes in the economy to significantly reduce the level of environmental pollution and strengthen environmental safety was determined. The considered main key levels and directions of international cooperation in environmental security determine the main aspects of interaction, as well as set tasks for solving environmental problems at the international level. The development of strategies for the implementation of European standards into domestic legislation, as well as the improvement of the system of using natural resources in order to ensure environmental safety in Ukraine, is emphasized. It has been studied that the development of Ukraine’s cooperation with international organizations is aimed at harmonizing domestic legislation with European norms, as well as at spreading the rational use of natural resources in order to ensure sustainable environmental security. Important aspects that determine the interaction of international partners in solving environmental problems are emphasized. In addition, careful analysis and discussion of key terms and concepts indicate a systematic approach to solving environmental security problems through international cooperation. Therefore, the importance of international cooperation to achieve sustainable environmental security and the development of strategies contributing to the harmonization of legislation and optimization of the use of natural resources in Ukraine is emphasized.
