Анотація
The Russian-Ukrainian war has a significant impact on all countries of the world, especially on neighboring countries. G. Zampano calls this war a “perfect storm” for the EU, as it has shaken the entire European community, charged the European consciousness to take active steps to rethink the mechanisms of ensuring global security and consolidated protection of European values [1]. The war in Ukraine has given an unprecedented impetus to fundamental transformations of the European economy, which has been beyond the reach of all crisis periods and the coronavirus pandemic in particular [2]. No one can accurately predict the future of Europe, but today we can already determine the consequences of recent events:
