The Labor Market Of Ukraine In Conditions Of European Integration

The subject of the article is a study of the labor market of Ukraine in European integration. The development <br> of the labor market in increasing the level of employment and the improvement of qualitative characteristics is an <br> important prerequisite for the economic growth of any country at both the regional and national as well as <br> international levels. In developed countries the problems of employment and unemployment of the population <br> considered that their decisions affect the provision of socio-economic development and the stability of society. In <br> different countries there are their differences in the implementation of employment policy. Therefore, the introduction <br> of effective mechanisms of regulation of the labor market in Ukraine requires the study of the mechanisms of legal <br> principles and forms of employment regulation in foreign countries of the European Union (EU). <br> In the research were used to general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, analogies and <br> comparisons, statistical, expert assessments, etc. <br> The results of the work. The analysis of theoretical approaches to European norms of the development of <br> the labor market and certain aspects of their adaptation to the practice of State regulation of the scope of <br> employment of the population in Ukraine. Given the proposals on forming mechanism and tools of State regulation <br> of the labor market in European integration processes. <br> Results of the research may be used by all interesting parties, including organs of State executive power in <br> improving the mechanisms for the implementation of socio-economic policy employment and State regulation of <br> the labor market of Ukraine. <br> The conclusions. 1. At present, the system of public administration processes in the labor market requires <br> the use of an integrated approach in the form of forming an effective mechanism of regulation taking into account <br> the international experience. <br> 2. Solving of this task and many others under the conditions of European integration is, in particular, in the <br> development of effective tools of the mechanism of State regulation of the labor market. <br> 3. Substantiation of necessity of formation of appropriate economic measures that will increase the efficiency <br> of the functioning of the labor market and provide significant positive development prospects of employment and <br> reduction of unemployment. <br> The obtained conclusions allow among other things to highlight the main aspects of modern employment policy <br> in the EU, which can be applied for the development of a labor market of Ukraine in cooperation with the EU.
