CITIZENS’ HEALTH OF UKRAINE IS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND POTENTIAL OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY

Анотація

The purpose of the article: to highlight the problem of human health as a philosophical phenomenon and an important component of national security and the potential of state sovereignty.Materials and methods. Scientific sources on the topic (14) have been analyzed using the methods of system approach and system analysis.Results. The state of health of the nation directly determines the level of labor productivity in society and significantly affects the prospects of its socio-economic development. But when citizens’ health is seen in the context of national security and defense, it also becomes strategically important. The essence of the concept of "sovereignty" gives grounds to assert that a stable state sovereignty is something that creates a guarantee of stability and a high level of national security.Conclusions. Today it is extremely important to take into account possible configurations of the future: to determine strategic priorities, to create favorable conditions for sustainable development. And such development in modern conditions depends not only and not so much on the state of the economy, but on the level of citizens’ health and the quality of public administration.
