ENTROPY OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AND COMPETITION IN FORECASTING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT DURING THE RELOCATION OF ENTERPRISES
Анотація
The article examines the essence of the economic concept of ‘entropy’ from the perspective of security and competitive challenges. The authors describe the main trends of the entropic impact of relocation on the effectiveness of economic security systems and ensuring the competitiveness ofenterprises. It is detailed that the effectiveness of industrial enterprise protection in the economic security system is manifested through ensuring financial stability, high competitiveness of products, efficiency of the production system and enterprise management, development of its human resources potential, and implementation of innovations. The article substantiates the manifestations of entropy through the destruction of production and market links, a decline in efficiency, a decrease in solvency, and an increase in the probability of bankruptcy of industrial enterprises. Such challenges are exacerbated by the relocation of enterprises, but the authors reveal an investment strategy for adaptation. The strategy of investment support for relocated enterprises is aimed at forming a new production base, restructuring the transport and logistics infrastructure and marketing systems, which are focused on the introduction of innovative technologies and the development of new local and international markets. The authors base their forecast of the effectiveness of enterprise relocation under the entropic influence of security and competitive threats on the justification of ways to overcome them through innovative development. The authors argue that innovative development is becoming a key tool for overcoming entropy, as it ensures adaptability, sustainability and the restoration of competitiveness. The article details four strategic directions for levelling the entropic effects of security and competitive influences: digitalisation, adaptation, modernisation and investment, which form the basis of the long-term strategy of relocated enterprises. The article develops a conceptual model for overcoming the entropy of economic security and competition through innovative development, emphasising the need for a strategic, long-term approach and the use of digital economy technologies to predict the performance of relocated enterprises.
