ACTORS OF PERSONNEL POLICY IN BODIES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE: CONCEPT, CHARACTERISTICS, CLASSIFICATION
Анотація
The purpose of the article is to generally characterise the actors of personnel policy in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, to determine their general and special characteristics, to outline their system, to differentiate various criteria, as well as to reveal their place and role in the administrative and legal mechanism for making personnel policy in the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine.
