ОЦІНКА ВНЕСКУ ОСВІТИ У ФОРМУВАННЯ ОЗНАК СУЧАСНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

Анотація

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of international integral indexes with an emphasis on the group of educational indicators to confirm the contribution of education in the formation of the features of the modern economy. Methodology of research. Solving the problems set in the article is carried out using the general scientific and special research methods: analysis and comparison, systematization and generalization. Findings of the study is the proved impact of educational indicators on the formation of essential features of the modern knowledge economy. A detailed analysis of international ratings recognized by the world community has shown that the field of education and science plays an important role in the socio-economic development of countries. Practical value. The article substantiates that the scientific and educational dimension in international rankings varies from 10 % to 33 % and is crucial for measuring the competitiveness of countries or other aspects of the development of national economies. Further research will result in the assessment of scientific and educational dimension and its significance in the economy of Ukraine, which will make it possible to conclude on the educational and scientific potential of the country, and the changes that have taken place in the field of education and science in recent years, and the effectiveness of the education policy.
