THE ROLE OF IDENTIFICATION IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF HUMANITY’S EVOLUTIONARY TRAJECTORIES

Анотація

Objective of the study – analysis of the transformation of the evolutionary trajectories of humanity at the present stage of development of the society; to determine the role of identification in this transformation period. Methodological basis of the study: the analysis and generalization of sources on the topic, together with philosophical analysis of the material allows us to consider the transformational changes in the evolutionary transitions of humanity at the current stage of technological development, to determine the role of the identification process in the terms of the transformation of the society. The dialectical method allows us to study the previous contradiction between progress and self-destruction in the development of humanity. Results of the study.  This study allowes us to conclude that no matter how the evolutionary trajectories of human development change, the so-called rail-like nature of this process is preserved due to its framework conventions that stabilize such a diverse thinking of humanity. Therefore, this approach is the most stable in terms of the integrity of the evolutionary process. The exchange of information between the civilizational and cultural spheres, regulated by the legal institution, occurs most practically in such conditions. The legal institution is the main attribute of the rail system of evolution. Therefore, in our opinion, the expediency of considering the evolutionary processes from this perspective is the most objective in the modern realities of human existence. Prospects of the study.  Further research should be carried out in the context of the influence of a legal segment such as mediation on evolutionary processes from the point of view of the rail model, and stabilizing factors in the issue of the formation of human identity.
