PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF FINANCIAL PROVISION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Анотація

This study studies and assesses the current state of the system of financial support for innovative development of the state of Ukraine, considers the features of the transitional transformation period of the world economy in the 20s of the 21st century. The reasons and prerequisites for the financial transformation of the economy of Ukraine, which is significantly influenced by the world economic system, the world financial crisis, the pandemic crisis of the 20s and the military Ukrainian crisis, are substantiated. The work presents directions for improving the innovation and investment potential of the national economy of Ukraine in the conditions of the modern financial crisis, presents the author's development of a mechanism for activating the innovative activity of economic entities based on the formation of a methodology for stimulating the national economy with the participation of the state. In addition, a schematic representation of the process of financing the national economy of Ukraine is presented, as well as an algorithm for modeling the process of financial support for the innovative development of the national economy of Ukraine.
