Анотація
of the implementation of the control function of the budget, which, in turn, comes from a similar function of finance and is a derivative of the distributive (redistributive) function. At present, Ukraine has a control system that fully complies with the recommendations recommended by the Lima Declaration of Control Guidelines and implements the standards of auditing public finances in the activities of an external (higher) body accountable to parliament -the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine.
