Information flows and analytical processes in corporate integrated management systems

Анотація

The article examines the essence, structure, and features of the formation of information flows and analytical processes in corporately integrated management systems. The role of information and analytical support as a key element in improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in complex multilevel corporate structures is substantiated. The interrelationship between information flows, analytical subsystems, and functional management contours of the enterprise is revealed. The main types of information flows in corporately integrated systems, including strategic, tactical, and operational flows, are analyzed, and their impact on the quality of analytical data processing is determined. Particular attention is paid to the problems of integrating accounting, planning-analytical, and control information in the context of business process digitalization. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of analytical processes are identified, including the level of automation, consistency of information flows, timeliness, and reliability of data. The feasibility of using modern information technologies, in particular ERP and BI systems as well as data analytics tools, to optimize information flows and enhance the analytical capacity of corporate management systems is substantiated. Directions for improving the organization of information and analytical processes are proposed, which will contribute to increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises in the modern economic environment.
