Methodological Principles of Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Development in Territorial Economic Systems in the Context of Capitalization

Анотація

The analysis of methodical approaches to the entrepreneurship development evaluation in Ukraine has shown that they have significant conceptual flaws: integral indicators do not have a socio-economic essence; using a large number of indicators without highlighting key indicators; double and distorted accounting of indicators when calculating the integral indicator; lack of trends evaluation in key development indicators; lack of development indicators evaluation in the context of threshold values; unrepresentativeness of certain groups of indicators. Reasonable conceptual provisions for the entrepreneurship development evaluation in the context of determining the level of capitalization as one of the key characteristics which acquires special relevance in the conditions of the post-war recovery of the national economy. A system of indicators has been developed for the comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneurship development at the regional and basic levels in terms of the sustainable development components (indicators for the entrepreneurship development evaluation in economic, social and environmental aspects).
