ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION OF «SOCIAL WORK»

Анотація

The article reveals the specifics of the experience of organization and management of independent work of higher education applicants in the field of "Social work" in the conditions of distance education. The expediency of combining and applying traditional and innovative methods and forms of organization of independent work in the process of professional training of social specialists is substantiated. It is found that the distance learning format enhances the value of mass open online courses, which ensure the acquisition of students' skills for independent acquisition of new knowledge for their further application in practical social work. Purpose of the study: justification of the need to use elements of non-formal education to organize the independent work of future social professionals and to prove the importance of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students. The application of the study and analysis of literature and methods of system-functional analysis allowed to distinguish the main directions of improving the process of organizing independent work of students. Results of the study. It is proposed to combine traditional forms of independent work with elements of informal education during the distant form of organization of training of social workers. The main forms of independent work of students to ensure qualitative training of future social workers are described. The peculiarities of application of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students are investigated. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply comprehend the various forms of independent work, their capabilities in accordance with the norms and standards of training of social workers.
