FEATURES OF ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS

he article examines the essence and structural features of the economic sustainability of logistics processes in the period of active digital transformations of the business environment. It is substantiated that the introduction of digital technologies in the field of logistics, such as automated warehouse management systems, electronic document management, transportation tracking platforms, big data analytics and integrated information systems, change approaches to ensuring the stability of supply chain operations. It is proven that the economic sustainability of logistics processes is formed under the influence of the interaction of organizational, technological, financial and information factors. It is also determined that digitalization creates a double effect inwhich, on the one hand, it increases transparency, speed of information processing and accuracy of management decisions, reduces transaction costs and optimizes the use of resources; on the other hand, it increases the dependence of the logistics system on technological infrastructure, cybersecurity and continuity of information flows. The paper outlines key threats to the economic sustainability of logistics associated with digital risks, the instability of global supply chains, and the growth of operating costs during periods of crisis. A conceptual approach to assessing the economic sustainability of logistics processes is proposed, based on the analysis of the system's adaptability, the level of supplier diversification, the digital maturity of the enterprise, and the effectiveness of using analytical forecasting tools. The need to integrate digital solutions into strategic logistics management is substantiated as a condition for ensuring its flexibility and long-term competitiveness. Thus, the formation of economically sustainable logistics processes in the digital era requires a comprehensive approach, combining innovative technologies with a risk management system, and improving management mechanisms aimed at increasing the efficiency and stability of enterprises in a changing environment.
