Анотація

Modern society is constantly in the process of digital transformation, where the concept of the metaverse is of great importance. The article examines the publications related to the metaverse, in particular its role in the field of museums and the implementation of the mechanism of the state policy of digital development. According to the sources surveyed, the metaverse is defined as a digital environment that combines the real world with virtual space, opening up new opportunities for the development of culture, art, education and other areas, etc. The relevance of the study is due to the emergence of digital technologies and virtual reality, which have made it possible to rethink approaches to museums and expand interaction with society. The growth of digital development requires effective public policy for inclusive access to cultural property. In this context, the metaverse acts as an advanced tool that provides virtual access to cultural treasures, especially important in times of restrictions and conflict. The deployment of the metaverse in museums also contributes to heritage preservation and new forms of education, attracting young people to study cultural heritage and promoting the creative use of digital tools. Given the rapid development of digital technologies and the importance of the state policy of digital development, the introduction of the metaverse in museums is becoming extremely relevant, promoting accessibility, innovation in education and preservation of cultural heritage. The authors of the article analysed the key aspects of the introduction of the metaverse in museums in the context of the state policy of digital development. It is emphasised that this policy creates the necessary conditions for innovative development and increase of competitiveness of the cultural sphere and tourism. It is emphasised that the introduction of the metaverse helps to provide virtual access to cultural values and cultural heritage, in particular in the context of restrictions related to conflict and risk for traditional museums.
