Ризики виконання Державної цільової програми реформування та розвитку оборонно-промислового комплексу до 2021 року
Анотація
The article analyzes the problems and risks of implementing the State Targeted Program for the Reform and Development of the Defence Industry Complex until 2021, which are divided into: administrative risks that affect the issues concerning timely decision implementation and formation of the relevant legal framework for defence industry operation; investment risks that could hinder the attraction of foreign investments to the national defence industry; financial risks affecting the financing of projects within the state defence contracting; risks related to the shortcomings of the legal framework for private defence companies; corruption risks associated with implementation of state defence contracts as well as with functioning of defence industry enterprises. As a result of the analysis of the mentioned problems, recommendations for their solution are proposed.
