To the issue of legal regulation of certain categories of the quality management system in the sphere of household services
Анотація
In article separate questions of legal regulation of separate categories of a control system of quality in sphere of household services are analyzed. The legal characteristics of the «quality» categories are revealed through philosophical, social, technical, economic and legal perception. The legal basis for implementing ISO 9000 series standards is analyzed. The questions concerning the definition of «service», «household service» and «quality management system» are revealed. It is proposed to improve the classification of services, in particular social services. The implementation of the norms of the European Social Charter has been studied.
