The formation features of financial strategy of shipbuilding enterprise taking into account risks have been considered.The research aim is to identify the risks of shipbuilding enterprise in the process of financial strategy development.The content of the financial strategy of shipbuilding enterprise is formulated.The main directions of the financial strategy of shipbuilding enterprise development in the context of the production cycle stages are considered.As a result the financial risks arising from the strategic problems are identified.The main blocks of general financial strategy of shipbuilding enterprise are considered.As a result the strategic aims of financial activity are defined.The interrelation between the main directions of financial strategy and risks of their realization is established.It allows organizing the financial risks monitoring at each stage of strategy realization and making the necessary corrections.Moreover, it allows correcting the objective tree of financing strategy of the shipbuilding enterprise.
