STANDARDS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF ADVOCATE

Анотація

The article deals with national, European and international legislation governing the activity of a lawyer. The analysis of labours of domestic scientists is conducted from the problems of approaching of legislation of Ukraine which regulates advocate activity, to the European and international standards. A concept «standardization of advocate activity» and its purpose is considered. Investigational sources of standards of organization and professional activity advocacies which expose maintenance of legal model of professional and personal conduct of advocate on national, regional and international levels. The standards of advocate ethics are analysed in Ukraine, that touch the ethics obligations of advocate. Certainly basic standards of professional advocate activity, which touch functioning of advocacy (related to the grant by it professional legislative help): priority of interests of client; professionalism; specialization; insurance of advocate activity; professional advertising; guarantees of advocate activity. The international, European and national standards of organization and professional advocate activity are analysed.
