Hierarchies analysis method application in determining the influence of external factors on formation of export-oriented enterprises profitability

In the current market economy conditions, a number of important requirements are set up to feature in the functioning and development within the activity of national industrial enterprises under the rules of expanded Free Trade Area between Ukraine and European Union. From these issues, the purpose of the study is to analyze the external factors that influence the profitability of an export-oriented enterprise with the usage of additional mathematical tools technology based on computer-aided data processing. The methodological basis of the article is the application of hierarchies' analysis method, which consist the structure of external factors and includes the expert component of the analysis. There were interpreted the basic stages of hierarchies' analysis method algorithm application in order to determine the influence of external factors on the formation of export-oriented enterprise profitability. There were analyzed three groups of external factors that directly related to the formation of an appropriate level of industrial enterprise profitability and its cooperation with external contractors, namely: factors of regulatory planning and technical regulations, factors of production process stages productivity and factors of enterprise's financial stabilization. Further, the article deals with practical aspects of hierarchies' analysis method application that connected to the determining external factors of influence with the help of expert evaluation approach that based on the experience of leading managers of separate machine-building enterprise. Data processing was performed by using the PCD software program that allowed to emphasize the most significant external factors of export-oriented enterprise profitability formation, in particular: competitive advantages under conditions of perfect competition and monopolized market, access to resources and raw materials, level of inflation and exchange rate differences. A new conceptual contribution in this article deals with the fact that the technology of hierarchy analysis method has been adapted to the proposed structure of determining the influence of external factors in the form of their systemic link analyzing and defining the most perspective in the process of export-oriented enterprises' profitability formation. The practical importance of the research and hierarchy analysis method application with the help of PCD software program usage provide operative and qualitative analysis of market situation in order to determine the most important factors of profitability making.
