ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗРОБЛЕННЯ ОКРЕМИХ КРИМІНАЛІСТИЧНИХ МЕТОДИК РОЗСЛІДУВАННЯ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ У СФЕРІ НАДАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПРАВНИЧОЇ ДОПОМОГИ
Анотація
The article highlights that, in response to the increase in illegal activities that threaten the functions of the bar—such as protection and representation— and the trust in the overall legal system, the need to develop specialized forensic methods for investigating criminal offenses related to professional legal aid has become urgent. Through analyzing the specific characteristics of these offenses and their forensic features, the article argues for the possibility of creating specific, subspecific, and interspecific methods that consider the diversity of criminal mechanisms. It is noted that an effective forensic methodology should be grounded in practical needs, feature a clear structure suited to common investigative situations, and reflect the unique aspects of investigations within this particular domain. The potential for developing targeted forensic approaches for crimes involving professional legal assistance is also discussed.
