Target Harmonization of the Interests of Innovation Process Subjects in the Context of Sustainable Development, Innovation Economy Challenges, and National Security Needs
Анотація
The article substantiates the organizational-economic foundations and methodological approaches to harmonizing the interests of innovation process stakeholders under systemic instability. The study examines the integration of sustainable development goals, global challenges, and national security imperatives in the context of martial law and Ukraine's post-war recovery. The strategic role of industrial clusters as instruments of ecosystem interaction is identified. A comprehensive method of interest harmonization is proposed, based on the principles of institutional coordination, synergy, and a security-focused approach. The potential of industrial parks as drivers of innovation and integration of business, academia, and government interests is substantiated. It is proven that a synergistic approach creates a protected architecture of the national economic system capable of countering poly-crisis challenges and strengthening the country's defense-economic potential.
