Modern determinants of bribery provocation

Анотація

The article examines the deterministic complex of such a corruption offense as provocation of bribery at the present stage. Thereare groups of direct reasons and conditions for making a bribe offer: political and legal; economic and legal; legal; organizational andmanagerial; socio-psychological. The classifications of determinants of crimes are divided, which are divided into causes and conditionsof crime according to the following criteria: mechanism of action (nature of determination), level of functioning, content, nature,essence and other features. It is established that one of the most important determinants of the emergence of corrupt practices is thedeformation of the value component of human consciousness. It is determined that the prevalence of bribery provocation in everydaylife and its adaptation to the life of the population, especially in some spheres of public life, becomes the norm for some people. Chan -ging the types and forms of corruption is integrated taking into account the impact of existing anti-corruption measures aimed at counteractingthese phenomena and limiting them. It is proved that the public danger of this crime is that it is one of the most common corruptionoffenses that affect the development of society as a whole, inhibiting effective mechanisms to overcome the crisis and create asteadfast position of intolerance to corruption among citizens. One of the most important tasks that will solve the problem of widespreadcorruption in society is to determine the deterministic complex of these crimes. Influence on determinants, on the reasons and conditionsof provocation of bribery, will allow to reduce negative consequences both of these crimes, and corruption as such in general.
