Анотація
Introduction. The article examines effective business models of inclusive entrepreneurship for demobilized servicemen based on the experience of European Union countries and analysis of the possibilities of their adaptation for Ukraine. Inclusive entrepreneurship, as a mechanism for social integration of veterans, has become a priority in many European countries. The use of European experience can contribute not only to the socio-economic adaptation of the Ukrainian military after demobilization, but also to the development of sustainable economic growth through entrepreneurship. Materials and methods. Scientific works, legislative documents and analytical reports revealing the specifics of inclusive entrepreneurship for veterans in EU countries were used for the research. Research methods included comparative analysis of support programs implemented by European countries, content analysis of programs for veterans. Quantitative analysis made it possible to assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives in different EU countries, and qualitative methods helped to identify best practices. Results and discussion. As a result of the study, it was established that the experience of EU countries in the field of inclusive entrepreneurship for demobilized servicemen can be effectively adapted to Ukrainian conditions. Key European practices, such as financial support, educational programs, special grants and psychological adaptation, contribute to the successful integration of veterans into the business environment and help them find economic stability. The analysis proved that the adaptation of these approaches in Ukraine is possible under the conditions of creating a comprehensive system of support for veterans, which will combine state assistance, involvement of public organizations and the private sector. Ukraine should focus on developing programs that not only provide start-up capital, but also offer access to educational resources, professional reorientation and psychological assistance. The application of European experience will contribute not only to the economic integration of demobilized servicemen, but also stimulate the development of inclusive entrepreneurship as part of sustainable economic growth. Thus, the use of European models of inclusive entrepreneurship can become an important step on the way to the social and economic rehabilitation of veterans in Ukraine. Conclusions. European experience demonstrates the effectiveness of inclusive entrepreneurship for demobilized servicemen through comprehensive support that combines financial, educational, advisory and psychological assistance.
