Conceptual principles for the formation of a bioresources management system for agro-industrial enterprises based on eco-efficiency

The article substantiates the conceptual foundations for forming a bioresource management system of agro-industrial enterprises based on the principles of eco-efficiency. It is determined that bioresources constitute a key element of the production potential of agricultural enterprises and simultaneously represent a component of natural capital, the condition and renewability of which determine environmental safety and the long-term competitiveness of agro-industrial production. The essence of eco-efficiency is revealed as an integrated category that combines economic performance, rational resource use, and minimization of negative environmental impacts. Modern scientific approaches to bioresource management are generalized, and the necessity of transitioning from fragmented managerial decisions to a systemic model oriented toward achieving a balance between the economic objectives of enterprises and environmental constraints is substantiated. A conceptual structure of the bioresource management system is proposed, encompassing target guidelines as well as organizational, economic, institutional, and information-analytical elements. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of economic incentives, digital technologies, environmental monitoring, and an indicator-based approach to assessing bioresource potential. The implementation of the proposed conceptual foundations will contribute to improving resource efficiency, ensuring environmental safety, reproducing bioresource potential, and creating prerequisites for the sustainable development of agro-industrial enterprises. The research findings can be applied in the management practice of agricultural enterprises and in the development of regional programs and state support mechanisms for the eco-oriented development of the agro-industrial sector.
