THE ROLE OF DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN STRATEGIES FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE
Анотація
The article substantiates the key ways of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the strategy for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in Ukraine in the conditions of a war economy, resource shortages and accelerated digitalization. An applied typology of AI use scenarios is proposed by functional areas (marketing and sales, production, logistics, finance, HR, innovation) and levels of strategic maturity (operational efficiency, differentiation, platformization/ecosystems). Barriers to implementation (data, staff, cyber risks, regulatory uncertainty, technological dependency) were identified and an implementation roadmap with KPIs and stages was proposed: process and data audit –> quick-hit pilots –> scaling –> integration into product portfolio and risk management. The result is a practical approach to building competitive advantages based on AI, taking into account the Ukrainian context and the requirements of responsible use of technologies.
