Social rights in a context of social security guarantee of citizents
Анотація
The article deals with the phenomenon of human social rights. The peculiarities and meaning of social rights are analyzed, the role of them is discussed in social security guarantee. The theoretical analysis of social security guarantee is made, also main factors of social security state are formalized
