Методологічні Засади Вертикальної Інтеграції Морських Портів У Ланцюги Постачань (Methodological Basis for Seaports Vertical Integration into Supply Chains)
Анотація
Ukrainian Abstract: У статті досліджено проблеми функціонування і розвитку морських портів. Визначено складові стратегії інтеграції морського порту з іншими портами та різнорідними ланцюгами постачань. Обґрунтовано методологічні засади застосування проектного підходу, SCOR-моделі, концептуальної моделі створення цінності під час управління портом. Розроблено схему базових категорій управління морським портом. English Abstract: The article investigates the problems seaports are facing in the process of their operations and functioning. The authors determine the components of the integration strategy for a range of seaports and several supply chains. Methodological grounds for the project method application are explained as well as the SCOR model and also the conceptual model of value creation during seaport management. The general framework of base categories for seaport management is presented.
